1. Introduction
Welcome to Victhon Global Concept Limited ("Victhon", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Victhon Mobile App ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), whether you are a Service User ("User") or Service Provider ("Provider"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
You must register an account to access the full features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Use of the Platform
Users: May request services or order products from verified Providers listed on the App. Providers: May list and offer services or products subject to approval and compliance with Victhon's verification process. Victhon reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion if any violations of these Terms or applicable laws are detected.
5. Verification and Background Checks
Providers must undergo a verification process, which may include ID verification, background checks, and professional certification where applicable. Users acknowledge that while Victhon makes reasonable efforts to verify Providers, we do not guarantee the reliability or suitability of any Provider.
6. Payments and Fees
Victhon facilitates payments through a secure in-app payment gateway. Providers agree to a commission fee deducted from each transaction. Users agree to pay applicable service fees. All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or as otherwise stated.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

8. Code of Conduct All Users and Providers agree to:
Use the Platform legally and ethically. Respect all other users and not engage in abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive behavior. Not misuse the rating/review system. Victhon reserves the right to investigate and take action, including suspension or legal proceedings, in case of breaches.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including logos, trademarks, and software, are owned by Victhon or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Privacy Policy

11. Limitation of Liability
Victhon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the User or Provider for the specific transaction in dispute.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Victhon, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with other users.
13. Modification of Terms
Victhon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If unresolved, parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria.
